Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
Since our products are sold as blanks, we work directly with you on customization needs and pricing. Contact us to get started via email at brandingsolutions@bsnsports.com or call 866.386.6156.
Can I see a sample?
Yes. We’re happy to work with you to provide samples of item(s) you’re considering (some restrictions apply).
How does your Best Price Guarantee work?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase. That includes pricing. If you  nd one of our items at a lower price, let us know and we will beat it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your artwork, we can no longer accept a cancellation. To change or cancel your order, please contact your personal sales professional or email brandingsolutions@bsnsports.com or call 866.386.6156. Restocking fees may apply.
If I reorder an item will I pay set-up charges again?
No. If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) you aren’t charged a set-up charge again. Also, once your artwork has been rendered into a digitized format for embroidery, we don’t charge a new tape or digitizing fee to embroider any other item.
Shipping | Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Average shipping time is 2-4 weeks after artwork approval. Production times do vary depending on the product; your delivery date will be con rmed once the order has been placed.
Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Just let us know at the time of the order and we’ll be happy to arrange shipping to multiple locations for you.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Can I ship on my own shipping account?
Yes. Just let us know at the time of order and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment. You can also request an open account. If you choose this option, we will automatically
check with D&B to see if an account can be open. If you’re not listed with D&B or the listing is incomplete we will send
a credit application. Please allow extra time for this credit checking process. Your order can’t go into production
until your account has been opened. Our terms are net 30 days. We also o er open account terms for most government and educational institutions. International customers please call for available payment options.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services we provide. Customers in other states may be required to remit use taxes. If your organization is exempt, please supply your BSN SPORTS sales professional with your tax exempt certi cate.
Where do I send my artwork?
Send your artwork as a hi-resolution printer quality  le (such as Vector EPS or AI) via email to your sales professional or brandingsolutions@bsnsports.com.
What set up charges are involved?
Some set up charges may apply depending on the complexity of the artwork request.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes. You always see an ‘e-proof’ of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed.
Do I have to have legal rights to the artwork I want on my products?
Yes, you must have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute the artwork that you are requesting to be imprinted on any product(s) you are purchasing.
