Richard Herod
Church Division Supervisor
• Richard Herod has been with BSN SPORTS for 8 1/2 years. He is passionate about serving the needs of church sports and activities ministries.
• Richard serves as a deacon at his church and understands the importance of being a good steward of church funds when needs arise.
• Whether it’s a church sports league, Summer Camp, Mission Trip, Vacation Bible School, or ministry, he stands ready to partner with you and serve your needs.
• When he’s not busy serving the needs of his churches, Richard likes to play a round of golf with his son.
Ryan Hadaway
Church Specialist
• Ryan Hadaway has a passion for all things sports-related with the most notable being Texas A&M athletics.
• Growing up, Ryan was actively involved in his church youth group and realized the importance of faith-centered community.
• He later served as a youth intern, as well as, a camp counselor, where he was able to intertwine faith and sports.
• Being able to use athletics to see ministries thrive and advance the gospel is why he is excited about working in the BSN SPORTS Church Division.
Samentha Vongphachanh
Church Specialist
• Sam Vongphachanh has a passion for sports ministry and that is a true testament of her upbringing.
• Growing up, Sam played volleyball, basketball, and was involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at school and was mentored by a coach that was Christ-centered. This gave her a passion to work with the children’s ministry at her church when she started high school.
• In between her studies at Dallas Baptist University, Sam spent her free time volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, so she could serve at an organization that reached more children in need.
• Before coming to BSN SPORTS, Sam worked as the Youth Volleyball and Futsal Coordinator at a Multisport Complex and is excited to bring her knowledge and enthusiasm of youth sports to serve your church!
